Size & Fit

When buying fashion online you'll want to choose the right size to avoid returns. Perfekcija® Shirts are made to the Standard European (EU) Size Chart, see below, and most of our styles contain a small percentage of elastane for comfort and durability.

Please bear in mind that different brands might fit you differently depending on style and cut so we recommend double checking your measurements as well as referring to the size chart below. If you would like the exact measurements in a specific style please ask, we will be pleased to assist you.

Tips for measuring Bust: Measure around the fullest part keeping the tape measure straight across the back and under the arms. Waist: Measure the narrowest point of your waistline keeping the tape measure close but not too tight.

If you find you're not a precise match, it's always best to go up a size. We would also suggest that in the slim fit styles, if you prefer a less fitted more relaxed fit in your shirt you may wish to order one size larger - this will give you an equally good fit but a little more room for comfort. Don’t be embarrassed about having to select a larger size in a particular brand or style (see note below) – it really doesn’t matter - as long as it fits nicely and you look good!

PLEASE NOTE: Many brands are increasingly sizing down, for instance a UK Size 12 (a Standard EU 38) may be cut to EU 40. The fabric weight measures that you will see listed under each men’s shirt, ie 190gr/mtl, refers to the weight of the cotton per linear meter. The cotton weight used in this Collection ranges from 150gr/mtl to 195gr/mtl. The average "quality" fabric is generally 90 to 120gr/mtl. The Italian-made fabric that we use is exclusive to Perfekcija® Shirts ans is very soft yet strong and durable, a joy to wear against the skin and easy care too.

Tips for measuring: We would suggest that you choose the size which best corresponds to your normal collar size. In the Slim Fit Style Lucas, you may want to choose the bext size up for better fit and comfort.

Wash & Care instructions

Our uniquely fashioned shirts are made from our special quality House Fabric, a high cotton mix of 97% cotton 3% elastane, to give you comfort, good fit and a flattering shape, as well as being durable and easy care. Particular attention is paid to the finishing of each garment with quality seams that are French (double) stitched and specially selected buttons.

Our garments are tested rigorously to check for shrinkage and the accuracy of the care label. We also check the durability of all our fabrics to ensure our shirts stand up to every day wear and tear. Gentle machine or hand wash and easy to iron, your Perfekcija® Shirt is dream to wear and a dream to care for.

For best results, we suggest that you treat any stains with a gentle soap then hand or machine wash separately on a gentle cycle. Always only wash white with whites. Ensure all soap is rinsed out thoroughly and, for best results, a quick spin or drip dry. It's safe to use a fabric conditioner with care but please do not tumble dry! For a crisp finish, iron on a steam setting; fragranced water or starch spray may be used sparingly, if required.

Black & coloured shirts. If you have chosen one of our black or coloured shirts, we suggest you wash your shirt inside out, rinse away all soap thoroughly, drip dry or quick spin and finish as before.

Delivery

UK Mainland: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours on a weekday and 48 hours if received at the weekend. We will post your order Free of Charge by Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Please allow 3 working days for delivery. If you require your order sooner we will be pleased to despatch by Next Day Special Delivery or DHL Courier for an additional sum of £6.00.

Overseas: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours on a weekday and 48 hours if received at the weekend. A flat rate postage charge of €15 (Euro 15) will apply on orders delivered to any address in Europe. Your order will be despatched by Air Sure/Internatiional Signed For postal service or DHL and delivery can usually be expected within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery for orders outside of Europe, depending on locality, may incur a small surcharge. The maximum delivery cost to addresses outside of Europe is capped at £20 (GBP); approx. $25US. We will be pleased to advise you on this. Please note we cannot be held liable for any local import duties or taxes imposed.

Our Guarantee

Each shirt is made from the finest materials with the utmost care and affection - an expression of perfection. We want you to be delighted with the finished product and enjoy wearing your Perfekcija® Shirt. However, if for any reason you receive a garment that does not meet with your full satisfaction, please return it, unused and in its' original packaging in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days, and we will be pleased to offer you an Exchange or Refund (please see notes below). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to your Guarantee enclosed with your purchase for return instructions.

Please note

• If exchanging goods and the new item costs less than the one returned we will refund you the difference. However if the new item costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.
• We cannot be responsible for return postage other than for faulty items nor can we be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. So always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
• Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
• We are unable to Refund Sale or Discounted items but, if the style or size of your purchase does not suit, we will be pleased to Exchange for an alternative style/size or provide a Credit Note to the value of your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• We are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons or jewellery items made to order.
• We cannot Refund used or customer-damaged goods.
• Refunds will be credit to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

A contract between the customer and Perfekcija® Shirts for the sale of our garments will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and to charges made by your credit or debit card company. Perfekcija® Shirts cannot be held liable for any import duties or taxes which may be imposed on overseas deliveries.

Every reasonable care has been taken to illustrate our garments on The Perfekcija® Shirts website as accurately as possible as far as the photographic and re-production processes allow and to ensure that descriptions are accurate.

We aim to hold sufficient stock of all styles and sizes. However, in the event that the style you have chosen is out of stock because of an unprecedented demand, we will advise you of expected delivery. Should this delay not be acceptable, we will offer you the opportunity to choose an alternative or cancel your order.

The Perfect White Company's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Perfekcija® Shirts to the customer. Perfekcija® Shirts shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Perfekcija® Shirts cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, website, or any other printed literature. This statement does not affect customers' statutory rights.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this website are owned, controlledor licensed to Perfekcija® Shirts. They are protected by copyright and any unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.

The Perfect White Company (Perfekcija® Shirts) observes the Code of Practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998. Your details are held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed or sold to a third party. The Perfect White Company is Trustwave registered, holding up-to-date Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Recycling Policy

We promise that each Perfekcija® Shirt will arrive clean and fresh protected in its unique special packaging. In order to protect our environment we try to eliminate waste and use of unnecessary packaging wherever possible. The Perfect White Company recycles and uses recycled materials wherever possible. So, please help us to make our planet a nicer place to live and recycle the paper and card packaging.

Competition terms and conditions

• These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.
• Promotions are open to all UK and overseas residents aged 18 and over.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competitions unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific competition.
