WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY MOST MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: including VISA, MasterCard, DELTA, Maestro. Payments are processed by RBS Verifone Secured. Please note payments in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and to charges made by your credit or debit card company.

However, if you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please email your order request to: sales@perfekcija.co.uk and we will confirm your order, payment and delivery details by return; or telephone us on +44 (0)20-8440-9977 and we will be pleased to assist you.

PERSONAL SERVICE: Our aim is to give you the best possible personal service and confidence in purchasing from us. We, therefore, do not operate an on-line payment system as so often this method of purchasing can lead to disappointment.

Gift Wrapping Service: We will gift wrap your purchase for a small extra charge of £3.50 per order; this includes quality gift wrap, bow and gift card. We will be pleased to add your personalised greeting to the gift card.
Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

UK Mainland and Eire: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. UK Mainland orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For service; all items despatched using this service will generally be delivered next day but may take up to 2 days. Orders destined for Eire will be despatched by Royal Mail Air Sure Signed For service and may take a little longer. If you require your order sooner we will be pleased to despatch by Next Day Special Delivery or Courier service for a small additional cost. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery is trackable and it is possible to provide you with a copy of the signature of the person who signed for the item should you require it.

Overseas: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. We will send your order by royal Mail International Signed For service for delivery within 3 to 4 working days; a flat rate postage charge of €10 will apply on orders delivered to any address in Europe. For the rest of the world, orders will be despatched by DHL at a flat rate fee of £15 and we aim to deliver within 4 to 5 working days.

All items are tracked until they leave the UK and, in some instances, on arrival in the destination Country; when your parcel reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. Orders sent by DHL will be tracked right through to delivery, door to door.

In all instances a signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee & Refund Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet with your approval, please return your garment within 14 days, and we will issue you with a credit note, exchange or refund - the choice is yours.
