WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY MOST MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: including VISA, MasterCard, DELTA, Maestro. Please note payments in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and to charges made by your credit or debit card company. Payments are processed by RBS Verifone Secured and we are PCI DSS Compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

Mainland and Eire: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. UK Mainland orders are sent FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service; all items despatched using this service will generally be delivered in 2-3 days. We will supply you with a Tracking Number and please note, a Signature will be required on delivery. Orders destined for Eire will be despatched by Royal Mail Air Sure Signed For service.

Next Day Service: If you require your order sooner we will be pleased to despatch by Next Day Special Delivery or Special Courier and the fee for this service is £6.00. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery is trackable and it is possible to provide you with a copy of the signature of the person who signed for the item should you require it.

Overseas: Stock permitting we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours for delivery within 3 to 5 working days (usually sooner). Deliveries within Europe we will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for at a standard rate of €15 (Euros 15); for the Rest of the World, orders will be despatched at a flat rate fee of £20 (approx. $25US).

All items are tracked until they leave the UK and, in some instances, on arrival in the destination Country; when your parcel reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. Orders sent by Courier will be tracked right through to delivery, door to door.

In all instances a signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Wrapping Service: We will gift wrap your purchase for a small extra charge of £2.50 per order; this includes quality gift wrap, bow and gift card. We will be pleased to add your personalised greeting to the gift card.

GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY: We want you to be happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet with your approval, please return your garment within 14 days, and we will issue you with a credit note, exchange or refund - the choice is yours. Please refer to Customer Services for full Terms and Conditions. Our full Guarantee with return details will be enclosed with your purchase.

Transaction Security: We take this very seriously and feel it is NOT in our customers' interests to take payment information via the web which may involve that data information being held captive by an outside organsiation. Our view point has been confirmed by the following research, see below; and underlined by recent events in which customers of some major household names have had their personal information compromised whilst shopping on-line at those "trusted" outlets.
